Experiencing occasional anxiety is common. Over 40 million adults in the United States experience anxiety symptoms regularly.  However, when it intensifies it may become constant, daunting and too difficult to manage.

Individuals may feel like their "mind is going blank" or experience tunnel vision at the time. Symptoms may also include difficulty controlling the worries or even "feeling out of control."  Others may experience symptoms and behaviors such as restlessness, irritability, fatigue, body pain, insomnia, constant worry, racing thoughts, fear, dread and a sense of doom or overall fear about the world.

If you are experiencing symptoms that interrupt your daily life, kindly know that you are not alone. We will develop awareness of triggers and utilize coping strategies that are tailored to your particular needs.
